I have to admit… I’m extremely impressed!!! I’ve been in Sales/Marketing for more than 20 years. I noticed you were a good negotiator in our first meeting but never, even in my wildest dreams, expected you’d be able to sell our house by almost 6% higher than the asked price…

The last house we sold before this one we did it by ourselves as we wanted to save some of the commission. After this experience with you I realized there is no point in doing that – in all aspects, including financially, having you as our broker is way superior than trying to save the commission.

After trying to sell out home through on our own and then though 2 other realtors; my husband and I were nervous that our house would  never sell. We had a 70 day window  before our new house was finished construction. George  was referred to us by dear family friends. We interviewed  him last after interviewing  3 other agents.  He came in like an angel, told me exactly  what I wanted to here and was professional. He put together  a realistic game plan to sell my home and gave me a time line. We believed  in him and put our trust in him. George  did not let us down. Everything  went ad planned and my house sold with in 48 for full asking price with the closings date that we needed. He could obviously  see the look of depletion in my face from the whole process  prior to him come into picture and he made it as easy as possible for me. George kept his promise to me and my family and for that we will forever be in his debt. We didn't  just gain a realtor, we gained a friend for life.
